Posted 12/4/21 The opening of the green has now been arranged for Sunday 18th April at 2.00p.m. Due to Covid restrictions there are limited amount of places available and, if not already done so, any request to participate must be made via the Secretary. Would you please note that spectators are not allowed.
Posted 9/4/21 There is now a nomination sheet on the Club outside noticeboard for the following: Internal Pairs Competition based on last years set up i.e. 4 members per team. Vale Triples Gold Team – all those interested in playing please add your name to the list.
On Wednesday 31st March there will be a tidy up of the outside of the Club. All those able to assist should attend at 10.00a.m. Generally this takes just over an hour.
There will be an outdoor working party to repair and tidy up around the bowling green on Saturday 7th March at 9.00a.m.. Obviously the more helpers the quicker the jobs get done. Please give your support.
Members are reminded that the official opening of the green for the new season takes place this coming Wednesday, 17th April, at 6pm.
As we look ahead to a new season of outdoor bowling, members new & old are reminded that the annual subscriptions are now due. Fees are £90 if paid before 1st April, or £95 thereafter.
The bowlers at Littleton Bowling Club wish you all a Happy and Peaceful Christmas and New Year.
On Saturday 8th December from 10.00 o’clock there is a craft sale and coffee morning. Just £1 for coffee and mince pie. Please bring friends along and support your Club.
Another training session has been set up for members in the clubhouse on Wednesday 7th November at 2.00pm. Those people that attended the first course are more than welcome to attend again.
The Memorial Service for Gordon will be on Tuesday 21st August at 12.00 in North and Middle Littleton Church with the wake at Littleton Bowling Club afterwards.
